How can I order?

You will find for each product a command button.
Click on it to add the product to your shopping cart.
After that, pops up a pop-up window where you can choose to go to the shopping cart or continue shopping.
Choose "continue shopping" if you want to see more products or order.

The bar at the top of the page allows you to always return directly to the basket or by clicking on the basket on the right side of the page.
No pop-up? Maybe you have an "ad blocker" that prevents it. Close it for this site.

My account

In the menu at the top of the page, you see an option "Login".
Click on "Sign In" to login or register as a new customer.
It is also possible to order without registering.
Once logged in, you can change your personal information, your password and view the history of your orders.

Which payment methods can I choose?



With iDeal, you pay via your own bank. Payments are processed immediately so that items can be sent immediately if they are in stock.
Pay with iDeal is free.

Credit card

Pay with Visa, Mastercard or a credit card with the Maestro logo. After selecting this option, enter your credit card details and the payment will be processed. If the items are in stock, they will be sent after processing.
Paying with a credit card costs 1.5% of the total amount.


Log in to your Paypal account and pay immediately. Payments can be debited from your own account if it is registered with Paypal. No Paypal account yet? Go to to register.
Paying with paypal costs 2.75% of the total amount.


If you choose "Transfer in advance" in your cart, the payment instructions will appear in the order confirmation (pro-forma), which you will receive once the order is completed.
Upon payment received, items are sent if they are in stock.

Belfius Direct

This method of payment is particularly widespread in Belgium. Paying with this method costs 0.75% of the total amount.

Shipping Netherlands

When will I receive my order?

We endeavor to ship the order the same day or the next day, but no later than two working days.
Post NL delivers a day later. Except Sundays and Mondays.
It is possible to opt for delivery on Sunday. PostNL charges an additional 5 euros for this.
Sometimes the online store automatically chooses delivery on Sunday. Therefore, shipping costs of 5 euros are calculated incorrectly. In this case, change the delivery date to not pay for it.

Can I order if I live outside the Netherlands?

Shipments are possible in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy and Germany. We hope to expand shipments in the future.

What are the shipping fees?

To the Netherlands:

• If you order less than 50 euros, the shipping costs are 4.50 euros. Beyond 50 euros*, we take the delivery costs at our expense.

Belgium and Germany

• If you order less than 65 euros*, you pay 7.50 euros postage. Beyond, delivery is free.

Spain and Italy

• If you order less than 200 euros*, you pay 16 euros postage. Beyond, delivery is free.


• If you order less than 150 euros*, you pay 12.50 euros postage. Beyond, delivery is free.

Can I return a product?

If you have received anything other than what you ordered, we will take it back of course.

You are welcome to cancel the order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us. You will then be credited with the total amount of the order. This does not include shipping costs.
Officially, cosmetic products can only be returned unopened. But since it never really happens that someone returns an AVA product to us and we want to make it easier to access our products, we decided to drop this requirement.
Only the cost of returning the product is at your expense.

Is the order secure?

Yes, the entire ordering process on each web store is secure with Secure Socket Layer * (SSL).

When are the products available in the online shop?

Are all products 100% natural?

Yes, all products are 100% natural. Most of the ingredients are also organic. This can be recognized by the asterisk after the name of the ingredients.

What is organic?

Organic is the way to produce tasty and varied food in respect of nature, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. In addition to eating, it can also be cotton or skincare products. It is always about life: products of plants or animals.

Natural or organic: What is the difference between the two?

Products can only be considered organic if they meet all the requirements imposed by a quality label. Since it is generally impossible to ensure that all the ingredients of a skincare product meet the biological requirements, most products cannot be described as organic.

Zero plastic inside
The "Zero plastic inside" logo has been on this site since February 2018.
This logo comes from the Plastic Soup Foundation which set up the "Beat the micro bead" project.
Many common care products unfortunately contain very small plastic particles because they have an abrasive or shiny effect.
